Casey Pentrack is a design and operations leader who brings a breadth of experience to her role in the Aspen Family Business Group. Prior to taking a career pause in 2023 to be a full-time parent, Casey was a User Experience Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific where she led her team in designing digital experiences for the company’s main e-commerce website.
At Thermo Fisher Scientific, Casey was also the strategic and operational lead for the company’s design system and led the creation and development of the organization’s design operations practice. These projects required thoughtful strategy, operational creativity, an awareness of the spoken and unspoken needs of the team, as well as the management skills to successfully maneuver each large-scale project from start to finish.
Casey completed most of her undergraduate studies part-time during her first career as a professional ballerina. She graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 2017, magna cum laude, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Certificate in Digital Media.
She lives with her husband and daughter in Evergreen, CO.
