Regular assessments provide feedback to program administrators, as well as to the participants. Responses can signal if the program needs to be modified or if a change in mentor is needed.
Assessments are also useful for measuring mentee growth and progress. They engage mentors and mentees in ongoing reflective thought and dialogue by providing a record of their interactions and progress on goals.
