Natalie McVeigh
Director of Research & Development
Natalie is a family enterprise advisor and mediator with 20 years of training and development experience. She has specialized in coaching families in business since 2010, and family offices since 2015.
Experience & academic background
With a strong focus on complex conflict resolution, Natalie holds a certificate in mediation and is trained in interest-based negotiation through Harvard Law School’s Program on Negotiation.
Her experience encompasses building and developing cohesive teams, utilizing assessments, and designing tailored training curricula.
Additionally, she excels in team building, management consulting, project management, facilitation, and coaching, all underpinned by her knowledge of systems theory.
Natalie is a regular speaker at national and international conferences on family dynamics, the neuroscience of trust, and emotional intelligence. She serves as Faculty and is a Fellow for the Family Firm Institute, is an Adjunct Professor and course developer at Cambridge College and Bay Path University, and is on the Purposeful Planning Institute’s Education Committee. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Applied Psychophysiology. Natalie holds a BA from Hood College and a Master’s in Business Ethics and Compliance from New England College of Business and Finance. She is proud to be an AmeriCorps alumna.
