Overview

Family business mentoring is unique since participants need to manage family roles and their various roles in the family and business systems.  Through both their research and their experience with families, Donnel Nunes and Shelley Taylor identified three distinct areas of mentoring need in family business. When families and businesses follow these steps, they position their mentoring programs for successful outcomes. Well-run programs benefit the mentees, mentors, and the enterprise.
