The “Values Unfolding Instrument” will guide you in thinking about the values that are most important to you.

Overview

This resource is provided by AFBG, and credited to Ann Dapice. There are many exercises and tools for identifying your most important values. In this “unfolding exercise”, you will identify 12 values to start. With each value you will uncover why it matters to you. The end result will be your core values, those that guide your actions and support your decision-making.
